Link notes with [[wiki links]]. Find backlinks, unlinked mentions, and related notes in the Connections rail, or keep a source in the reference pane.

Today is always in the sidebar. Check open loops, due reminders, and notes worth revisiting, then jump back to the note behind each task.

Files you can keep and share

Notes stay in local Markdown vaults. Attach files, import Markdown, or export an individual note as Markdown, self-contained HTML, or PDF.

Recovery within reach

Check Saved, Saving, or Conflict in the sidebar. Use version history, Recently deleted, backup export, and Vault Health when you need them.

Back up and recover

Add room for the way you work.

Enable specialist packs in Settings → Advanced. Assistance has its own setting. Existing vault content can also reveal the tools it uses.
